About the event
Yoga 101 is a four day workshop, 3 hours each day. We start on Monday January 8, 6 to 9pm, and continue Tuesday January 9, 6 to 9pm, Wednesday January 10, 6 to 9pm and finish Friday January 12, 6 to 9pm. Work Book included and we will Learn and practice the “layers of yoga” alignment, flow, breath and moving meditation.
