About the event
Yoga 101 is a four day workshop, 3 hours each day. We start on Monday January 23rd 6 to 9pm, Tuesday January 24th 6 to 9pm and then meet again the follwing Monday January 30th 6 to 9pm and end on Tuesday January 31st 6 to 9pm. Work Book included and we will Learn and practice the “layers of yoga” alignment, flow, breath and moving meditation.
