About the event

This 12 hour workshop (mini Teacher Training) will help you gain a command of yoga poses and inversions, introduce you to your energy body, practice meditation/healing and so much more while incorporating a new path of growth on your yoga journey. You will then learn to apply the principles practiced in the yoga room into your daily life. Can be live in person or on Zoom. $425/manual included, 15 CEC's if applicable.
