You can be LIVE in studio with me or on Zoom! Doors open 7:15 and we start promptly at 7:30pm. Bring your mat, blanket, pillow, journal and pen....I will be guiding you thru frequencies during meditation and To tap into your heart, follow your mind down the rabbit hole...questions purposed during meditation/sound bath will be journaled right upon waking up. $60 cash, Venmo, Zelle.
