About the event
Join me in person at my private studio or on Zoom!! For Zoom be sure and use ear buds or external speaker to pick up frequencies. Plan to arrive 10 minutes to start time and dress in layers. Bring your mat, pillow, blanket, water and anything else you need for comfort. I will be using gong, bowls, music and my voice (vocal toning) to assist in your elevation/awakening. $30 cash, check or Venmo
