Hot Power Fusion is a distinctive Yoga class created to include the postures of Hot Yoga with Power Vinyasa flair. This 60 minute class is fun, and includes core, upper body strengthening and hip openers. The class is intended to be as restorative and meditative as Hot Yoga and as challenging and energizing as Power Vinyasa Yoga.

CERTIFICATION SCHEDULE

March 22 Tuesday 6 to 9pm

March 23 Wednesday 6 to 9pm

March 24 Thursday 5:30 to 9pm

March 25 Friday 6 to 9pm

March 26 Saturday 11am to 2pm
