About the event
This is the first of my Summer Series offerings, and I am incredibly excited to invite you to join me for a unique and rejuvenating experience on the beautiful sandy shores! As we gather together, I encourage you to bring your yoga mat, a cozy blanket, and some snacks to enjoy during our time together. Dressing in layers is highly recommended, as the weather can change throughout the day, allowing you to remain comfortable while being lulled by the soothing and rhythmic sounds of the Sea. This environment will provide the perfect backdrop for our session, enhancing the overall experience as we connect with nature and ourselves.
