This IS a magical experience! We meet at Aliso Beach East side parking lot and hike from there Valido Trail....Moving Meditation with Tuning fork, drum, Tibetan Bowls...Top of trail overlooking Pacific you will sit in silence as the sun sets and moon rises enjoying guided meditation sound bath.
