About the event
We will meet at Aliso Beach East side parking lot and hike the Valido Trail to the top overlooking the Pacific...we will sit in cirlcle and enjoy a guided meditation sound bath during the Golden hour then hike back down!! Wear comfortable shoes, bring a blanket or mat and dress in layers. $30 cash, check or Venmo
