CAROLYN LONG
Carolyn Long is the owner and facilitator of Sanctuary OC, a Yoga Alliance Certified and Registered Yoga School located in Southern California. She offers private and group Vinyasa yoga, meditation, deep frequency sound baths, yin, restorative, Fusion, Yoga Cardio Sculpt, trigger point massage, and Quantum Healing. She is a teachers teacher offering Teacher Training and continuing education credits for yoga teachers. Certified under Tari Prinster with Y4C out of NYC, she offers Yoga for Cancer Management and guides cancer patients, warriors, and caregivers. She also owns and manages Karma Yoga in the Park, a donation-based yoga service that gives 25% back to local charities for coastal Southern California communities.
Carolyn manages a wide variety of private clientele and hosts numerous workshops, retreats, and training across the globe. She is currently enrolled in The Inner MBA program where she is earning her degree to help companies/corporations bring empathy and compassion back to the workforce.

Carolyn Long is a Quantum Healer starting this journey with Dr Steven Teagarden in 2010 she earned her Emergence Care Therapy Certification.
After many years of private practice and guidance from Dr Deepak Chopra and Caroline Myss, she then went on to earn a scholarship to work with the infamous Dr Jean Houston, the pioneer of The Quantum Realm.
